Rudy Nadilo, Sales & Marketing
During his 30-year career, Rudy Nadilo has served as CEO, marketing director, technologist, motivator and turnaround expert, as well as the sales "force" behind the sales teams where he has been engaged.

Rudy served as the CEO of GeoVue, a location intelligence company serving the retail industry. From 2006 to 2008, Rudy transformed GeoVue from a company focusing on technical and software sales at the real estate level, to a location-intelligence business partner that engaged C-Level client prospects. After promoting a sales director from within the company, Rudy aggressively built the sales pipeline from less than $1.5 million to more than $12-million in qualified leads. He also raised average proposals from $50,000 to $150,000 with total contract values rising by more than 60% during his two years there.

As CEO of the ASP database management company vSimplify, Rudy repositioned the company's service offerings from an HR management system to a delivery and management tool for large insurance brokerages. The result was expanded distribution from five brokers, to more than 50.

As CEO of Greenfield Online, Inc. Rudy brought technology to bear on marketing research through pioneering use of the Internet. During his four years there, Rudy grew revenue from $250,000 to $15.4 million, while growing the customer base to more than 600 consumer packaged and durable goods clients spanning, food, drug, automotive, financial services, entertainment, travel, software developers, computer manufacturers and many others.

As Sr. VP of marketing at Information Recourses, Rudy Built the companies first marketing department, in the process, repositioning IRI as a business partner rather than a data supplier. He successfully revived their failing consumer panel business - a critical part of the $200 million InfoScan service. He also spearheaded a $20 million product launch for a proprietary collection device to gather multi-channel panel data.

His career spans packaged goods, advertising and product management. He has held management positions at Dancer, Fitzgerald, Sample Advertising, Inc., Richardson-Vicks, Inc. and J. Walter Thompson Advertising. He received his B.F.A. from Emerson College and his Masters in Advertising & Marketing from Northwestern University. He and his wife, Holly, have four children and live in Stratham, New Hampshire.
